About the Event: Celebrate the enchantment of film as the Oscars are screened on large LEDs. The Luxury Gala kicks off with a dazzling Red Carpet experience, followed by Hors D’oeuvres, a selection of appetizers, finger foods and beverages, and a delectable three-course dinner provided by Hilton.

What is the Luxury Gala?

The Luxury Gala by Samira’s Network is an exclusive Oscars Viewing Gala and luxury networking event that brings together celebrities, industry leaders, influencers, and brands for an unforgettable night of red carpet glamour, entertainment, and connection.

Are the awards given at the Luxury Gala official Oscars?

No… but they sure look ready for their own close-up!

While the Luxury Gala takes place on Oscars weekend, the stunning golden awards are exclusive honors from Samira’s Network, not official Academy Awards.

They’re beautifully designed, glamorous, and camera-ready — just like the magnificent guests at the event.

These trophies celebrate outstanding achievements in entertainment, philanthropy, and business with all the sparkle of Hollywood… completely independent of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

The images and designs used by the Luxury Gala, including awards and promotional materials, are original creations and distinct from those used by the Academy.

Are tickets or sponsorships refundable?

All ticket and sponsorship purchases are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another approved guest.

Any exceptions or special refund requests will be handled solely at the discretion of Samira’s Network.

Red Carpet Series does not directly process or issue refunds for this event.

Where can I park for the event?

The Luxury Gala is held at the Hilton Universal Hotel, which offers valet and self-parking options for guests.

Pricing may vary for these options fo please contact the hotel directly if you have any questions concerning pricing.

We recommend arriving early, as parking and check-in can take additional time due to Oscars weekend traffic in the Universal City area.

What should I wear?

The Luxury Gala is a formal red carpet event. Guests are required to wear elegant attire — tuxedos, suits, gowns, or upscale evening wear.

Please note that entrance may be denied if you are not dressed appropriately, and refunds will not be issued for dress code violations.

How should guests behave at the event?

This is a luxury celebration where respect, professionalism, and courtesy are expected.

Guests who cause discomfort, act inappropriately, or disrupt the event will be asked to leave without a refund.
