Video content will be delivered on a rolling basis. Target schedule: Event Recap Reel within 72 hours of the event conclusion; additional reels and short-form content on a rolling basis after the recap reel; promotional videos on a rolling basis; Behind-the-Scenes Vlog within 2 weeks; Event Highlight Film within 2–3 weeks; and the Event Mini Documentary within 30 days as the final major video deliverable. All turnaround times are production targets and may vary based on footage volume, revision requests, client feedback, and additional post-production requirements.
